Email: jen@anomiseditrix.net

You can contact me at any time with questions about your data.

2. Hosting and server logs
When you access this website, our hosting provider, Squarespace, automatically collects and stores technical infrastructure data in server log files. This data is transmitted by your browser and includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, and the precise time of the server request. I process this data to deliver the site securely and stably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • Purpose of Processing: This information is processed exclusively to ensure the stable operation, technical optimisation, security, and integrity of our website infrastructure (e.g., to detect bugs or prevent malicious security incidents, such as DDoS attacks).

  • Legal Basis (GDPR): The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  • Retention Period: These raw technical log files are retained by our processor only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil these security and administrative purposes. They are automatically deleted or permanently anonymised once they are no longer needed for technical diagnostics or threat mitigation, unless an active security incident or legal obligation requires a temporary extended hold.

3. Contact by email or contact form
If you contact me, I process your name, email address, your message and any details you include, so I can answer your request. If your request relates to a possible or existing contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise it is my legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)). I delete this data once your request is resolved, unless I am legally required to keep it.

4. Clients and contracts
When we work together, I process your contact details, your billing data and the project communication needed to carry out the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep invoices and accounting records for the periods required by tax and commercial law (in Germany, up to 10 years under §147 AO and §257 HGB) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Cookies and analytics
[Option A] This website uses only technically necessary cookies and no tracking.
[Option B] With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and §25(1) TDDDG), I use [tool, provider, address] to understand how the site is used. You can withdraw your consent at any time via [cookie settings link].

6. Third-party services

  • Scheduling: [Google Calendar]. Used when you book a call. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b).

  • Questionnaires: [Typeform]. Used when you register a prospective project. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b).

  • Fonts: hosted locally, so no data goes to third parties.

7. Transfers outside the EU
[If a provider is in the US or elsewhere:] Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, the transfer relies on [the EU-US Data Privacy Framework / EU Standard Contractual Clauses].

8. Your rights
You have the right to:

  • access your data (Art. 15)

  • correct it (Art. 16)

  • have it deleted (Art. 17)
